Welcome to our Paralegal Blog community! Our goal is to provide a space where paralegals or legal professionals can discuss and share their experiences about surviving the working legal life. To ensure a positive and respectful environment, we have put together some guidelines that we ask our community members to follow.
1. Philosophy of Online Community:
Our philosophy is to create a safe and supportive space for legal working professionals to discuss their experiences and challenges in the legal life. We encourage open and honest conversations but expect all community members to be respectful, kind, and mindful of others.
2. Expectations from Commenters:
We expect all community members to follow basic rules of decency and respect towards others. Please refrain from using any language or making any comments that are derogatory, offensive, or harmful to other community members. We encourage constructive criticism and feedback but discourage any personal attacks or bullying.
3. Flagging Inappropriate Comments:
We want our community members to feel safe and respected. If you see any comments that violate our guidelines or are inappropriate, please flag them for our moderation team to review.
4. Policy on Removing Comments:
Our moderation team reviews all comments regularly to ensure they align with our guidelines. If a comment violates our guidelines, we reserve the right to remove it without notice. We will try to notify the author of the comment explaining why it was removed.
5. Policy on Banning People Entirely:
If a community member repeatedly violates our guidelines or shows a pattern of abusive or harmful behavior, we reserve the right to ban them from our community entirely. We will only take this step as a last resort and after all other measures have been taken to resolve any issues.
Thank you for taking the time to read our guidelines. We hope that they will help to create a positive and supportive community for our legal life!
